Lifetime Warranty and
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Posture Health Products warrants that the products sold
by it are free from manufacturing defects from the invoice
date. Should your product show signs of defective workmanship,
you should return the product to Posture Health Products
at PO BOX 3122, Nashua, New Hampshire 03061-3122, pursuant
to the instructions on the back of your packing list. This
lifetime warranty is limited to the replacement of the base
portion of the Bootie-Lifter™ product by Posture
Health Products, Inc. and all transportation, shipping and
return costs shall be at your expense. This lifetime warranty
does not extend to the straps, rubber and clips and any
defect or problem caused by the negligence or acts of you
or others, failure to maintain the product in accordance
with instructions furnished with the product, unreasonable
use, accidents, alterations, or ordinary wear and tear.
Posture Health Products, Inc. WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR
LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND,
including but not limited to use of any product, loss of
time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential
damages with respect to persons, business or property, whether
as a result of breach of warranty, negligence or otherwise.
Posture Health Products, Inc. PRODUCTS LIABILITY SHALL BE
LIMITED SOLELY TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE GOODS NOT MEETING
THE QUALITY AND SPECIFICATIONS WARRANTED. NO OTHER WARRANTY,
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, SHALL APPLY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, AND ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
IN THE EVENT APPLICABLE LAW PREVENTS THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTY SHALL BE
LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF EXPRESSED WARRANTIES ABOVE.
Note: Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not
apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion on
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state.
30 Day Return Policy
If You Are Not Satisfied
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you
may return the unused items (excluding dvds and printed
materials such as manuals, etc.) within 30 days from the
date of invoice for a full refund (excluding shipping charges
and any applicable restocking and handling fees). Follow
the return instructions located on the back of the packing
slip received with your order. A copy of the packing slip
must accompany all returns. We reserve the right to not
accept returns that are in poor condition and are not accompanied
by a packing slip.
